BOILER BROKEN DOWN?

We'll get it fixed...

We know the disruption a broken boiler can bring. Before you ring us follow this helpful boiler checklist:

  1. Check to see you have oil left in your tank
  2. Check to see if the ‘lock out' button is glowing red. If it's red press the reset button and it should fire. If it doesn't fire try this a further 2 times and if it's still not firing call Evesons.
  3. Check the setting on your roomstat.
  4. Check your radiator valves.
  5. If you are using a gas boiler and can smell gas, extinguish any naked flames and contact Transco immediately.

If your boiler is still not working and you can call us before 10am, our Heatcare engineers will do their best to come out to you the same day.
